This website is operated by ALBION HERITAGE MERCHANT RETAIL LIMITED ("Albion", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322666, with its registered office at PO Box 4385, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. You can contact us at h.evans@albionretail.shop.

2. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. If we discover an obvious error in the price of an item, we will contact you before accepting your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, as explained on our Delivery & Returns page.

7. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Complaints and law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
